About

The Harbour Collective is a supportive, faith-centred community that meets to connect, reflect and grow together.

Our purpose is to create a safe, prayerful and collaborative space where Christian therapists can thoughtfully explore the intersection of faith, ethics and clinical practice.

We recognise that counselling can be both deeply rewarding and spiritually stretching. This network offers a place to pause, replenish and draw on the collective wisdom of fellow believers who understand both the calling and the complexity of this work.

Meet the Founders

The Collective was founded by Ali and Nichola, two therapists who met during their core training and quickly formed a lasting friendship through a shared passion for meaningful therapeutic work.

After qualifying, they each built successful private practices. As demand grew, Nichola outgrew her shared room, while Ali sought a space that better reflected the privacy and care she wanted to offer clients. Recognising their shared desire for growth, they joined forces to work independently within a shared setting, creating a flexible, supportive environment for both their practices and the people they serve.

As their collaboration developed, conversations about purpose, inclusion and faith became central to both their personal and professional journeys. Working with clients from diverse faiths, cultures and backgrounds strengthened their commitment to creating a therapeutic space where identity, values and compassionate care are thoughtfully held.

What began as a practical partnership evolved into a shared vision: a collective that celebrates diversity, nurtures connection and provides a professional home for therapists and clients alike. Today, that vision continues to guide everything they do.

At its heart, The Harbour Collective responds to a need both founders understand - the desire for meaningful professional community. For Christian therapists especially, it offers a place where high-quality clinical practice, thoughtful integration of faith where appropriate, reflective peer support and genuine connection can flourish.

More than a shared workspace, The Harbour Collective is a professional home where therapists can collaborate, grow and do their best work together.
